The ITA – More Help for Tenants

So that all Council housing tenants have access to help and advice, we've enlisted the support of FIRST Call – experts in housing issues.

FIRST Call are a national housing consultancy, specialising in providing impartial advice and support to tenants and leaseholders. Their objectives are to develop and support the local Tenants’ and Residents’ Federation as a body and give free and impartial advice and information to all tenants.

During Rhondda Cynon Taf’s housing review there will be representatives from FIRST Call dedicated to answering any questions you may have.
