The ISA – More Help for Council staff

So that all Rhondda Cynon Taf Council staff, in particular staff within the housing service, have access to help and advice during the housing review, we’ve enlisted the support of housing experts Central Consultancy and Training.

This free and impartial advice is known as the Independent Staff Advisor (ISA) and we believe we are the first Council in Wales to offer this service to staff going through the transfer process.

Central Consultancy and Training are a national organisation who provide services to an extensive portfolio of clients nationwide in the housing, social care and health sectors.

They have provided an Independent Staff Advisor to provide free and impartial advice and information to Council staff.

Independent Staff Advisors:

During Rhondda Cynon Taf’s housing review there will be representatives from Central Consultancy and Training dedicated to answering any questions you may have.
